Epson has secured a range of accolades at industry analysts Keypoint Intelligence’s annual awards, securing praise for its Heat-Free business inkjet printers and its business scanner line-up.
The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5890 and the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C550 secured 2025 Pick Awards in the A4 category having delivered a ‘strong performance in all print speed tests’. Further, the printers demonstrated ‘faster-than-average job streams and first-print-out-times that help make for productive, multi-user environments’. Their ‘simple operation’ and ‘impressive range of apps’ as well as ‘professional image quality’ and ‘cloud and mobile print support’ also drew recognition from Keypoint Intelligence.
Further praise was directed towards Epson’s WorkForce Enterprise AM-C5000, which secured an Outstanding Achievement Award in Reliability.

Alongside its printers, Epson’s business scanner range also achieved recognition as the 2025 Scanner Line of the year. The range was identified for its ‘excellent performance during Keypoint Intelligence’s testing’ with the analyst group praising it as a ‘fresh, broad portfolio with strong features set that can meet and exceed the needs of different working environments.’
The range was further praised for its ‘exceptional ease of use, notable image quality and excellent software offering’.
