Last week Aurora Managed Services (‘Aurora’) aquired the Ethos MPS business assets, staff and contracted customer base.
Aurora Managed Services provide workplace technology, bespoke solutions, and support, helping businesses to become more efficient, agile, secure and sustainable. Their technical expertise spans all aspects of print and document processes, managed IT services, workflow automation and AI, business telecoms and workplace technology.
The Ethos company was taken into Administration on 3 March 2026. The acquisition of the MPS business operations by Aurora, agreed with the Joint Administrators, ensures the Ethos customer base will continue to benefit from the MPS services and support they are contracted to, which will now be provided by Aurora.

In addition, I am pleased to confirm that MPS operational staff formerly employed by Ethos will transfer across and become employees of Aurora with continuous employment, so they will continue to provide support to these customers as part of the Aurora Managed Services team.”
