Evri and Zebra Upgrade 7,000+ ParcelShops with New Label Printers

Evri rolled out new liner-less print-in-store label devices across all existing ParcelShops ahead of the festive peak season in December 2025, in partnership with Zebra Technologies. The task was no mean feat – Evri ParcelShops number over 7,000.

Phil Sambrook, EMEA Transport and Logistics Vertical Lead – Strategy at Zebra Technologies, commented at the time:

“We are pleased to support Evri in providing its customers with a flexible and elevated experience and progress its mission to be the most convenient way to send, receive and return parcels. The custom-built print-in-store kiosks, featuring our ET45 enterprise tablets and ZD621 linerless printers, will make work better every day for Evri’s frontline.”

The rollout of the new devices is now complete for all existing ParcelShops, and going forward, all new ParcelShops will receive the new printers.

About Evri

Evri Group brings together Evri, DHL eCommerce UK – which in 2026 will be rebranded Evri Premium, a network of DHL – customs clearance and logistics specialist Coll-8 and business letters leader UK Mail, to create the UK’s premier parcel delivery company. The combined Evri Group will deliver more than 1 billion parcels and a further 1 billion business letters annually.

Evri, the core operating brand, currently delivers around 900 million parcels a year, and is on a mission to be the most convenient way to send, receive and return parcels, without costing the earth.

Efficiency: For End Users and the Planet

The new kiosks improve efficiency, increase labels per roll by up to 50%, reduce shipping weight by 40%, and support sustainability by eliminating liner waste.

Liam Rogan, Head of ParcelShops and Lockers at Evri, comments:

“We know that an increasing number of customers are looking for flexibility when it comes to sending and receiving their parcels, which is why our ParcelShop network is such a vital part of our business. We’re committed to ensuring that the shops that make up our estate are set up for success, not just as we enter our busiest trading period but also all year round, as well as striving to give our customers an even more seamless experience. We’re particularly excited about what we’ve been able to achieve by collaborating with Zebra, as it was important that we created a fully considered device that would provide long-term durability and efficiency as well as continue to improve on what we’ve done previously.”

All Evri customers are now given an even more seamless experience when choosing to print their labels in store. In a first for Evri, the new print-in-store kiosk solution was designed and built by Zebra to offer a zero-liner solution, meaning all labels printed are completely liner-less, further supporting ParcelShops in their sustainability efforts by reducing waste generation.

Additionally, shops will see greater efficiency from the new devices, with up to 50% more labels per roll and variable sizing so stores only print what they need, while customers will benefit from an even faster, more seamless service thanks to the new in-built premium technology. And with more labels per roll, fewer rolls are required for transport and storage, resulting in a 40% reduction in shipping weight and helping to lower COâ‚‚ emissions.

Asda Rollout

Alongside the new Zebra print-in-store label devices rollout, the Yorkshire-based parcel delivery company recently revealed its new partnership with Asda, which will see the rollout of its ParcelShops across the supermarket chain’s entire estate. Started in October 2025, the service launched in over 300 Asda stores, with plans to be in all 1,200 stores by April 2026.
