Growth and Innovation for EKM Global in 2025

As 2025 drew to a close, EKM Global Ltd reflected on a year defined by innovation, global collaboration and continued commitment to excellence in print management solutions.

From achieving major security certifications and accreditations, to connecting with partners across the world, the EKM Global team has worked tirelessly in 2025 to deliver trusted, cutting-edge services to our customers.

EKM Global’s software, EKM Insight, is now deployed in 108 countries across the globe and the number of devices monitored has grown to 3 million.

The team at EKM Global reinforced their dedication to data protection and compliance by achieving several globally recognised attestations and accreditations including ISO27001:2022, SOC2 type 1 and type 2, Cyber Essentials Plus, implementation of a 24×7 Security Information and Event Management, MPSA Managed Print Certified, and allowing all customers access to our Security Trust Centre.

Fresh digital presence

EKM Global overhauled their company website in 2025. The new site has been designed with customers in mind – whether that is an existing customer, new to print management, or looking for a solution to improve their print management strategy – the website team have reimagined the experience from the ground up to make it faster, more intuitive and aligned with the solutions we offer.

EKM Insight, along with a host of other updates, security changes and efficiency changes, has seen two new major portal releases and two new DCA releases, which include our partner integrations: Remote Device EWS, Epson ERS and Sharp SYNAPPX.

Earlier this year EKM Global released their first eBook. The EKM Insight eBook is designed to demonstrate user experience to help businesses understand the software and discover solutions that can help streamline their processes, reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.

Environmental responsibility

Sustainability remained at the heart of EKM’s mission. Through their continued partnership with PrintReleaf, they empowered customers to directly offset 3.5 billion sheets of paper and reforest over 360,000 trees as of EKM’s Q3 impact figures for 2025. This initiative allows every printed page managed through EKM’s solution to support the planting and growth of new trees worldwide – turning everyday business activity into measurable environmental impact.

Investing in people

None of EKM Global’s achievements would have been possible without the talented individuals behind them: 2025 saw several staff promotions across technical, customer success and leadership teams – recognising their dedication and contributions to shared goals. They have continued to build the support team, having appointed a new support manager, support and training co-ordinator, as well as a new global sales manager, Aimee Kennedy.
