Katun Corporation has appointed Chenyi Chiu as its new chief executive officer, replacing Kuoying Wang.
Since joining Katun as chief strategy officer in September 2024, Chenyi has demonstrated exceptional strategic insight, collaborative leadership and a deep commitment to driving Katun’s continued growth and transformation. With extensive experience in strategy development, operational excellence and global business expansion, Chenyi has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term vision.
As CEO, Chenyi will lead strategic initiatives focused on business growth and the expansion of Katun’s product portfolio. His business acumen and collaborative spirit make him the ideal leader to guide the company, while facilitating open dialogue, and ensuring that Katun remains agile and competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace.

Katun’s former CEO, Kuoying Wang, was appointed chairman of General Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd, Katun’s parent company, in July. Alongside this appointment, he continues to serve as chairman of Katun, a position he has held since April 2021.
