Katun partners with Scanshare

Katun Corporation has announced a new global partnership with Scanshare, a document capture and workflow automation technology provider.

Through this agreement, Katun will now offer Scanshare to dealer partners in the US, Europe, EMEA and Latin America as part of its Workplace Solutions portfolio. By offering Scanshare, Katun is expanding access to a platform that helps businesses streamline document processing, automate workflows and improve business efficiency.

Scanshare’s partner-first model aligns closely with Katun’ s go-to-market approach, enabling rapid deployment and strong user support throughout the sales process. Together, the companies will expand access to Scanshare’s scalable solutions that address evolving needs of modern workplaces.

Tony Ko, vice president of hardware and business solutions at Katun, comments:

“Partnering with Scanshare represents an important step for Katun and our dealer partners. As businesses continue to shift toward digital-first operations, the need for seamless, secure and scalable document management is critical. By adding Scanshare to our expanding Katun Workplace Solutions portfolio, we are empowering organisations to accelerate digital transformation, reduce manual processes and improve efficiency across the workplace.”

Johann Fassbender, CEO of Scanshare Applications BV, added: “Katun’s long-standing reputation and global dealer network, combined with the introduction of their Arivia devices, create a powerful opportunity to bring Scanshare’s intelligent document capture and workflow automation solutions to a broader audience. Together, we are enabling partners to unlock new value and drive digital transformation for their customers.”
