A new A3 multifunction printer (MFP) series with AI-enabled capabilities has been announced by Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. The company has announced its new Nova series, which features seven products with print speeds ranging between 75ppm and 105ppm.
The new series is headlined by its AI-enabled straight-path scanning capabilities, offering scanning at up to 300ipm, Fiery and Kyocera Production, and Print Suite support, and compliance with global security standards including FIPS 140-3 and ISO/IEC 15408.

The Nova Series features industry-leading AI-enabled straight-path scanning at up to 300 images per minute, capable of processing files of up to 5,000 pages with automatic error detection.
With 2400 x 2400 dpi resolution, condition-based colour calibration, built-in ICC colour profiles, and advanced ceramic-based imaging technology, the Nova Series produces bright, accurate, and consistent colour output across wide media types of sizes up to 13” x 19.2” and thickness up to 300 grams per square meter (GSM), minimising reprints and ensuring high-quality results every time.
Dual-toner container system
The Nova Series reduces downtime and enhances throughput for long production runs thanks to its dual-toner container system, which enables users to swap cartridges without stopping a print job. This means reduced downtime and enhanced throughput.
