PaperCut makes Appointments to Newly Created Roles

PaperCut has appointed two print industry experts to a newly created role. Ian Dixon and Alexander Rollo join PaperCut as technical success managers.

They will focus on growing PaperCut’s portfolio across its channel, partners and teams, as well as being responsible for guiding customers and partners to help them select the most appropriate solution and service for their evolving print environment. They report into PaperCut’s regional partner enablement stream lead.

Ian and Alexander can call upon their years of print experience and PaperCut knowledge to train and educate PaperCut’s channel to identify opportunities to build on the company’s success. Working closely with PaperCut’s GTM leads to review sales opportunities and issues, they will outline to its channel partners how PaperCut’s products help solve customers’ needs and problems, while supporting partners on day-to-day, pre-sales activities.

Ian joins PaperCut from Tungsten Automation (nee Kofax), where he was regional sales manager. “Print is experiencing changes on a scale rarely seen before; from migrating to the cloud to supporting mobile devices and hybrid workers, it now must flex to accommodate the new demands placed upon it,” he says. “Amid all that change, I am confident that PaperCut is well placed to maintain its role as a print leader.”

Alexander joins PaperCut from Aurora, where he was a pre-sales technical consultant. “I’m very excited about this newly created role because it is a powerful response to some of the most exciting changes in the print industry, the print environment and how we engage with our channel partners to help them excel,” he added.
