Ricoh: New Changes for Organisation and Personnel

Ricoh Company, Ltd. recently made the decision to make the following organisational changes and changes to Corporate Officers as of 1 April 2026.

Organisational change

RICOH Digital Services Business Unit will be discontinued as a separate entity and each organisation of the RICOH Digital Services Business Unit will be transferred to other business units and functional departments according to their respective functions and roles.
RICOH Futures Business Unit will be discontinued as a separate entity and each
organization of the RICOH Futures Business Unit will be transferred to other business
units and functional departments according to their respective functions and roles
RICOH Software Business Unit will be newly formed.
Integration Marketing Division will be newly formed.
Corporate Planning Division will be newly formed.
Supply Chain Functions Management Division will be renamed to SCM Division.
Digital Strategy Division will be renamed to Digital Transformation Division.
Technology Management Division will be renamed to Technology Division.

David Mills

David Mills, was considered a Corporate Officer, General Manager of EMEA Management Division, for RICOH Digital Services Business Unit and CEO of Ricoh Europe Plc. He retains all such responsibility, with the exception of the RICOH Digital Services Business Unit, which has been discontinued as a separate business unit entity.

Michael Berger

Michael Berger was the CEO of DocuWare GmbH Group. He retains this title after 1 April 2026, and will also be a Corporate Officer, as well as Co-President Product & Operations of RICOH Software Business Unit.
