Sharp UK is celebrating its 20th anniversary working with Procurement Services. It started in 2004 when Sharp became a supplier on the Kent County Council Supply of Photocopiers Framework Agreement, let on behalf of the Central Buying Consortium.

Since then Sharp has retained its place on successive contracts including the current Multi-Functional Devices and Digital Solutions Framework and over the past five years has added the Audio-Visual Solutions to its framework portfolio .

Procurement Services is a market-leading procurement services organisation that focuses on providing compliant routes for the UK public sector to procure products and services from approved suppliers.

Being a supplier on Procurement Services’ frameworks has allowed Sharp to foster a deep understanding of the education and wider public sector organisations it collaborates with and the challenges they face. Over time, Sharp has developed a portfolio of products, services and solutions that can be integrated and tailored to solve client challenges.

“I am very proud of what we have achieved together with Procurement Services over the past 20 years,” said David Harrison, director of public sector sales at Sharp UK. “Collectively we offer best in class solutions for managed print solutions, document services and audio-visual solutions to education and wider public sector organisations, simplifying procurement under a compliant contractual framework. Together we have helped thousands of organisations improve services, reduce costs and deliver value to their stakeholders.”

Tarryn Kerr, managing director of Procurement Services, added: “We are proud to be able to work together to offer the public sector a simple, compliant route for procurement, which in turn enables organisations to procure solutions that drive efficiencies and deliver added value across the UK.”
