His promotion reflects Zebra’s commitment to nurturing talent from within while strengthening its leadership structure.

Speaking about his promotion, Brendon said:

“Having grown with the business, it means a lot to step into the role of Production Director. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved as a team and excited to keep pushing forward – improving how we work, investing in the right areas and supporting the continued growth of Zebra.”

Alongside Brendon’s appointment, the company has also announced a number of additional team promotions across the business. Joelene Topham has progressed from Accounts Executive to Finance Administrator, Judith Wragg has been promoted from Despatch Manager to Head of Despatch, and Noel Vickers has advanced from Apprentice to Large Format Print Operative.

The promotions highlight Zebra Print Group’s ongoing focus on developing its people, creating clear progression pathways and recognising the contribution of its team at every level.

Samantha Overton, Managing Director at Zebra Print Group, said:

“Brendon’s promotion to Production Director is incredibly well deserved. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening our production capabilities and consistently demonstrates the leadership, expertise and forward-thinking approach that we need as a growing business. This new role not only recognises his contribution to date, but also positions us strongly for the future as we continue to invest in our operations and expand our offering.”

Speaking about other members, Samantha said:

“Noel’s journey from apprentice to a trusted right-hand support to our Production Manager, Gary Boyes, has been fantastic to see. He has an incredible work ethic, absorbs everything he’s taught and consistently applies it with confidence – we’re all extremely proud of him. I’m equally proud to see Joelene and Judith progress within the business. These promotions reflect the strength and depth of our team, and our commitment to supporting individuals in building long-term careers with Zebra. Creating opportunities for growth is a key part of our culture, and it’s fantastic to see that in action across multiple areas of the business.”
