The Lexmark 9-Series portfolio has added three new models, and the new lineup now includes an even more extensive AI-ready range of A3 printers and MFPs, offering customers a wider selection of price points, print speeds from 25 up to 55 ppm* and a choice between monochrome or colour devices.
In addition to the 9-Series models available in 2024 (CX833, CX961, CX962, CX963 and CS963), Lexmark is expanding the lineup with models CX950, CX951 and MX953. New devices also include two models specifically designed for authorised Business Solutions Dealers: the Lexmark XC9525 and XC9535.
“Offering reliable, fast-to-fix, easy-to-maintain devices is our goal to help Lexmark partners enhance profitability,” said Arjan Paulussen, Managing Director for the UK, Western Europe and South Africa at Lexmark. “Keeping in mind human behavior, we designed these devices to focus on delivering the best possible experience for not only the end user, but also the installer and servicer.”
Cloud Solution Center unlocks new revenue streams for technology partners
Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) has also received a significant boost: the addition of the new Lexmark Cloud Solution Center (CSC) and its AI-powered translation and redaction capabilities.
LCS comes with a flexible pricing model and provides a unified cloud architecture that helps partners and customers efficiently manage their devices; secure and optimise their output and workflows; and generate new revenue opportunities with:
- Fleet management: Cloud Fleet Management provides ubiquitous printer fleet visibility, remote monitoring, and centralised app and firmware deployment. This helps improve uptime and security, drive down servicing costs and ultimately enhance profitability.
- Print management: Cloud Print Management enhances document security with controlled print release and real-time print analytics.
- Capture and workflow: Cloud Solution Center streamlines document workflows with capture, process and routing capabilities, now enhanced with AI-powered translation and redaction, enabling faster and more accurate document processing.
“Flexible licensing terms for our cloud platform make doing business with Lexmark more profitable for our partners. We want to help them grow their business by offering additional new revenue streams through our extensive suite of products and solutions,” said Larry Early, director of global software and services portfolio at Lexmark. “With its AI-powered enhancements, our all-in-one cloud platform – in combination with our extended 9-Series — truly transforms how work gets done, boosting productivity for both partners and customers.”
