Xerox named a Supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Framework

Xerox UK has been named a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Multifunctional Devices, GovPrint Hardware, Managed Print Provision and Digital Workflow Software Services (RM 6361) framework.

Xerox is named on the following Lots:

  • Lots 2 – Multifunctional Print Devices (MFDs), Print Management and/or Digital Workflow Software and Associated Services
  • Lot 3 – Multifunctional Print Devices (MFDs), Print Management and/or Digital Workflow Under Managed Service Provision
  • Lot 4 – GovPrint hardware, accessories and operational services

Lot 4 introduces GovPrint Hardware, covering devices and management software compatible with the GovPrint Cloud Service. While the cloud service itself is delivered separately, the framework enables public sector buyers to procure the hardware needed to participate in the GovPrint programme.

Xerox have already delivered cloud-managed print services across 20 central government departments. This work includes transforming legacy infrastructure into a secure, cloud-based, manufacturer-agnostic service, enabling users to print securely from any location and supporting more flexible, efficient working practices.

“Xerox’s inclusion in the RM6361 framework reinforces our position as a longstanding service provider to the U.K. public sector,” said Ian Martin, General Manager, U.K. Public Sector, Xerox U.K. & Ireland. “We are committed to helping government accelerate digital transformation through secure, cloud-based print and workflow solutions that deliver efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability.”

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
