PFU (EMEA) Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Yasunari Shimizu as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr Shimizu succeeds Mr Hiroaki Kashiwagi, who is stepping down after five years of dedicated leadership.
Mr Shimizu brings extensive leadership experience from PFU’s Japanese and overseas companies, and will lead the company into its next phase of growth, building on the strong foundations established under Mr Kashiwagi’s tenure.
Mr Kashiwagi served as President and CEO since 1 April 2021, during which time he led the company through a period of transformation in an evolving market. The Board and leadership team have extended their sincere thanks to Mr Kashiwagi for his commitment, leadership, and significant contributions to the organisation.

Mr Kashiwagi will work closely with Mr Shimizu to ensure a smooth handover through the first months of his tenure.
