PFU EMEA launches PaperStream Solution Partner Programme

PFU, a RICOH company, has launched its new PaperStream Solution Partner Programme in the EMEA region, designed to help channel partners move beyond hardware-led sales and build more predictable, software-driven revenue streams.

Available to partners already enrolled in PFUE’s Imaging Channel Programme (ICP), the new initiative introduces a more structured, solution-led approach to document capture and workflow sales. Partners will be able to offer clearly defined, bundled propositions that combine scanning hardware, capture software and integrated workflow capabilities.

At the core of the programme are ready-to-sell bundled offerings that combine RICOH fi-series scanners and PaperStream Capture Pro software pre-integrated with a third-party information management application, or the scanner and capture software plus a connector that allows connection to a third-party platform. Initial offerings include an eSignature solution powered by Namirial, alongside document management offerings enabled via the DocuWare Connector and Zeendoc Connector, with additional solutions and connectors planned for 2026 and 2027.

This approach enables partners to move from selling individual components to delivering complete, ready-to-deploy document workflow solutions.

“Channel partners are under increasing pressure to protect margins and demonstrate value beyond hardware,” said Christophe Laurence, EMEA business development director PFU (EMEA) Ltd. “The PaperStream Solution Partner Programme gives them a clear framework to do exactly that – combining best-in-class scanning, powerful capture software and integrated workflow solutions into offerings that solve real business challenges.”
