Workflo Solutions has appointed Paul Evans as its new head of public sector. This strategic appointment brings a wealth of experience to the company, further strengthening its commitment to providing top-tier solutions to public sector organisations across Scotland.
Paul joins Workflo with an impressive 16-year career in the public sector, having worked with councils, universities, colleges, the NHS, blue light agencies and various public sector bodies. His tenure with industry leaders such as Ricoh, Konica Minolta and HP Apogee as regional manager for Scotland has equipped him with extensive expertise in delivering managed print solutions that emphasise sustainability, environmental responsibility and value for money. His client-centric approach ensures tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each organisation.
He is a strong advocate for digital transformation, focusing on enhancing digital workflows and promoting print reduction through digitisation and end user training. His qualifications include leadership and management certifications like Blanchard Leadership and Open Box Thinking. Additionally, he is well-versed in Electronic Document Management Systems and with platforms such as Planet Press, Paper River, Therefore, DocuWare and EchoSign.
