Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has appointed Mike Faiers as Chief Operations Officer to lead the team in delivering world-class technology-led solutions, with exceptional customer service and support.

Mike Faiers joined Konica Minolta in 2021 as its Chief Technology Officer to drive innovation and deliver solutions and services to meet the current and future workplace challenges of its customers. In his new role, Mike will build on his time spent working across every facet of the business, to optimise operations including service and support, logistics and the wider supply chain. Faiers added: “Every decision we make will be guided by the overarching question of how the actions we take can positively impact the experience of our customers.”

Rob Ferris, Chief Executive Officer of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd commented: “Konica Minolta has always been a customer-centric organisation. As such we are constantly on the lookout for ways to refine and evolve our offering. In his new role, Mike leads an experienced and tight-knit team that has a truly holistic view of the entire end-to-end customer journey, with each member focused on delivering the best possible solutions, service and support.”
